Important Information

  • Confirmation: All appointments subject to confirmation by company review after online booking request is submitted.

  • Deposit: Upon company confirmation of your appointment, we request a $50 electric deposit. This deposit is not refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment

  • Service & Liability Contract: At the appointment there will be an electronic signature required for the Service & Liability Contract before the service can begin. Please contact us if you need to sign this remotely in advance and we can make arrangements. You can review what the contract includes by viewing a blank copy here..

  • Service Contract: Before the service there will be an electronic signature required at the appointment after inspection of the vehicle. This is primarily as an agreement that the services requested match the needs of the vehicle and the clients preferences..

  • Payment: We accept Venmo and PayPal. In person we accept all major credit cards and cash. Full payment is due upon completion of the detailing service

  • Timing: The timing of my arrival may be early or late, and unfortunately that is sometimes the nature of this type of business, as some details can vary in time due to complexity of the service.
